(b) $37,500.00 for Invoice # 2297 to Waller County Economic Development for 2nd quarterly payment as allocated in the 2023 Budget from line item 125-411-547200 [Economic Development]. (c) $85.00 for Invoice # 23547404 [Courthouse, Hold-Up Alarm], and $995.00 for Invoice # 23112404 [Courthouse Camera Surveillance], for a total $1,080.00 payable to TAC Security from line item 117-428-568425 [Courthouse Security/Misc. Security]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer to approve the designation of a take-home vehicle for Robert Goodspeed, Construction Inspector, within the Road & Bridge Department for inspections and emergency purposes.
6. Presentation of report on delinquent tax and fine and fee collection by Otilia Gonzales of Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP.
7. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a resale deed for the private tax resale of properties currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
8. Award bid for Emulsified Asphalt & Hauling Services. 9. Public Hearing: Proposed Major Thoroughfare Plan/Map Amendment, by Eugene Mattern. 10. Discuss and take action to approve the Major Thoroughfare Plan/Map Amendment, by Eugene Mattern.
11. Discuss and take action to approve proposals for contract wrecker services for County owned vehicles.

Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons. 17.
