Woods Road Industrial is the tax abatement applicant and owner of the real property located at 1519 &1523 Woods Road in Brookshire, Texas. The property is in the reinvestment zone known as Waller County Woods Road Industrial Park Reinvestment Zone 13, located south of Interstate 10 and east Woods Road. Woods Road Industrial and Igloo Products Corporation will improve existing buildings with additional heavy equipment, security features, fencing, and related improvements at a cost of approximately $13,000,000.
