CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Request by Waller County Library for approval of Fixed Asset Transfers to the IT Department.
7. Discuss and take action to approve the Proclamation declaring September 11, 2022 as Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance in Waller County.

10. Discuss and take action to approve engineering peer review study of Clay Road by DEC not to exceed $20,000.00.
11. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a contract with the State of Texas Office of the Attorney General accepting $17,505.23 in grant funding pursuant to the FY 23 Statewide Automated Victim Notification Services (SAVNS) program.
12. Discuss and take action to approve the Road & Bridge department line-item budget transfer, WC 2022-36.
13. Discuss and take action on Burn Ban.
14. Discuss and take action to approve amendments to the Waller County Personnel Policy regarding overtime pay. The amendments will be effective starting September 7, 2022.
