Request by County Engineer to approve advertising for a Public Hearing on September 14, 2022 for the installation of "No Thru Trucks" signs on the following roads: . Clapp Road - Pct. 4 o Sterling Road - Pct. 4 Advertising to be posted in the Katy Times Newspaper, payment to be funded from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and [Printing]. 6. Request by County Engineer to purchase the fbllowing equipment, to be paid from line item 110-530-58100 [Construction Equipment] One ( 1 ) 2022 JD650K Dozer in the amount of $ I 84,800.00 from Doggett. 7. Request by County Engineer to approve advertisement in the newspaper for a public hearing on the renaming of Pederson Road. Payment for advertising to be funded from line item 125-401- 544100 [Bid Notices and Printing] followed by a public hearing during the regular session of Commissioners Court on September 14,2022.

Discuss and take action to approve the 2022-2023 Renewal Notice and Benefit Confirmation for medical, dental, and life insurance coverages through Texas Association of Counties. 11 . Discuss and take action to approve the 2023 Post-65 Group Retiree Healthcare Program. 12. Discuss and take action to approve the 2023 Plan Year Agreement with Texas County and District Retirement System.
