(b) $7,500.00 for Invoice # 07634 to Brazos Valley Council of Governments from line item 125-525-546900 [BVCOG] for quarterly payment as allocated in the 2022 Budget. (c) $85.00 for Invoice # 22547408 [Courthouse, Hold-Up Alarm], and $995.00 for Invoice # 22112408 [Courthouse Camera Surveillance], for a total $1,080.00 payable to TAC Security from line item 117-428-568425 [Courthouse Security/Misc. Security]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code. 7. Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Permit for EZEE Fiber to place one (1) W HDPE conduit to encase Fiber Optic Cable within the right-of-way of Magnolia Road in Precinct 3. 8. 11. Discuss and take action to add $47,391.00 to line item 192-489-581814 [Fed Forfeiture Equipment] and amend the 2022 Federal Forfeiture Fund budget. 12. Discuss and take action to accept $100.00 donation from MHC Remodeling and post the donation to revenue budget line 125-000-470200 [Donations/Animal Control]. The proceeds will be expended from budget line 125-515-536700 [Donation/Animal Control].
13. Discuss and take action to approve August as "Watch Your Car" month.
