CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. (b) $1,150.00 for Invoice dated July 25, 2022 to Schmidt Funeral Home from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue (c) $3,202.00 for Invoice # 9537 to Harris County from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code.

Discuss and take action to approve Tax Abatement Agreement with APEX Ag Chem, Inc., Peninsula Development, Inc., and Plateau Products, Inc., the tax abatements applicants and owners of property located south of I-10, east of FM 359, and west of Woods Road, in the reinvestment zone known as Waller County Twinwood Business Park Reinvestment Zone 12. Peninsula Development, Inc. will construct a warehouse and office building of approximately 50,000 square feet with accompanying driveways, parking lots, and fences for an estimated cost of $5,000,000.
7. Discuss and take action to accept the Certification of the 2022 Waller County Appraisal Roll as required under Property Tax Code 26.04(b).
9. Discuss and take action to approve the purchase of a 2022 CAN-AM ATV with defender flip windshield from Pro Powersports of Conroe for $24,981.71 and a 2022 14' lowboy trailer with ramp gate from T3 Truck N Trailer Ltd for $3,189.00 for a total cost of $28,170.71.
8. Discuss and take action to adopt a Waller County Alarm System Policy.

(b) WC General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017 totaling $120,700.00, payable to Amegy Bank. (c) WC General Obligation Bonds, Series 2018 totaling $490,503.13, payable to Amegy Bank. (d) WC Tax Notes, Series 2018 totaling $101,370.00, payable to Truist Governmental Finance. (e) WC Tax Notes, Series 2020 totaling $702,443.25, payable to JP Morgan Chase. To be paid from the following budget line items: $780,000.00 from 515-635-575000 [Principal] $648,070.68 from 515-635-576000 [Interest]. 15. Discuss and take action to approve the Road &.
