Discuss and take action to approve Tax Abatement Agreement with Clay Partners - Twinwood Distribution #2, L.P., the tax abatement applicant and owner of the property located south of I-10, east of FM 359, and west of Woods Road, in the reinvestment zone known as Waller County Twinwood Business Park Reinvestment Zone 12. Clay Partners will construct a building of approximately 545,000 square feet and accompanying driveways and parking areas at an estimated cost of $20,000,000.
17. Discuss and take action to approve policies and invoices through Texas Association of Counties for Law Enforcement and Public Officials Liability coverages effective 07/01/22. Total premium of $112,043.00 to be paid from line item 125-411-560300 [Ins Equip/Build/Pub Liab].
