NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Waller County, Texas, will meet in REGULAR SESSION at 9:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY, the 5th day of January 2022, at its meeting place at the Waller County Courthouse, Hempstead, Texas
Approval of Agenda.

Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
6. Discuss and take action to approve Proclamation on the tree at the Waller County Courthouse and to approve temporary and then permanent marker for the tree commemorating African American slaves in Waller County.
7. Discuss and take action on Road and Bridge culvert permit fees.
8. Discuss and take action to approve Agreement with Texana and approve payment of $35,933.00 as allocated in the 2022 Budget. Funds to be paid from line item 125-41 1-542254 [Texana Center Behavioral Healthcare]. 9. Discuss and take action to approve the County Information Resources Agency (CIRA) Service Agreement for County Website Service support. 10. Discuss and take action to approve Court Order selling allowances for travel outside the County in 2022. 11. Discuss and take action to amend County policies in relation to COVID-19, 12. Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precinct I and Precinct 4 would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons.
13. Deliberate business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange. lease, or value of real properties in Precinct I and Precinct 4 pursuant lo Government Code Sections 551.072 and 551.0725. 14. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 15.
