Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. (b) $200.00 for Invoice # 239595 to Texas Association of Counties (TAC) for Texas Judicial Academy Membership from line item 125-411-562300 [County Organizational Dues]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Request by County Clerk for approval of Fixed Asset Transfer to the Maintenance Department. 7. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Treasurer's Monthly Report. 8. Request by County Treasurer for approval of state quarterly fees.

Discuss and take action to approve membership for Judge Duhon and Waller County to join the American Rood Coalition. 11. Discuss and take action to ratify Belfor Property Restoration Contract for the emergency repairs in the County Clerk's Office.

Discuss and take action to approve out of state training for Dawn Waters, Waller County Libraries Children's Programmer, at the Naval Academy Centers of Influence Orientation Center in Annapolis, MD. Conference and training to be held November 7-10, 2021. Funding for air fare, lodging and some meals to be paid for by the US Naval Academy.
16. Discuss and take action regarding Smarsh Proposal for 2021 Archival fees and future costs.
