CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) 136,928.25 for Invoice # 081321GWA to Waller County Appraisal District from line item 125-437-540500 [Tax Appraisal District] as allocated in the 2021 Budget. Discuss and take action to adopt the 2021-2023 Tax Abatement and Incentives Policy Guidelines & Criteria and Application for Waller County pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Tax Code. 9. Discuss and take action to approve Addendum to Tax Abatement Agreement with WCF, LLC.
10. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign seven (7) resale deeds for the private resale of property currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
11. Discuss and take action to accept financial donation from the Hempstead High School Class of 1993 in memory of their classmate Stacey Rene Fontenot (Warren) for use in the Waller County Library Memorial Fund 125-537-535500 [Book & Memorial/Hemp/Misc.].
12. Discuss and take action to award bid for HMAC Installation.
13. Discuss and take action to ratify Belfor Property Restoration Contract for the emergency repairs in the County Clerk's Office.
14. Discuss and take action to publish Request for Proposals for Jail Food Services in the Waller County Express. Funds to be paid from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices & Printing].
15. Discuss and take action to approve costs for the Consolidated Communication items for the Precinct 4 Building.
16. Discuss and take action to approve official documents and all monthly reports. 17. Discuss and take action to approve Sheriff Administration Department line item budget transfer, WC 2021-32.

Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precinct 4 would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons.
