Discuss and take action to approve Lease Agreement with Xerox for a Xerox C8155H2 Copier Multifunction Printer in the 506th District Court office located in the Waller County Justice Center Courthouse Annex. Monthly rate of $ 181.69 for 48 months to be paid from line item 125-408-581813 [Copier/Printer].
