11. Discuss and take action to approve donation in the amount of $3,060.49 from "Standing in the Gap" citizens group. Donation made in the memory of former Sheriff R. Glenn Smith for the Waller County Sheriff's Office Mounted Patrol Division.

Discuss and take action to approve Lease Agreement with Xerox for a Xerox C8155H2 Copier Multifunction Printer in the 506th District Court office located in the Waller County Justice Center Courthouse Annex. Monthly rate of $ 181.69 for 48 months to be paid from line item 125-408-581813 [Copier/Printer].
