Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $915.00 for invoice dated June 4,2021 to Schmidt Funeral Home from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. (b) $ I , I 95.00 for invoice dated June 7 ,2021 to Magnolia Funeral Home, Inc. from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. (c) $2,887.00 for Invoice # 4951 to Harris County from line item 125-423-540702 IAutopsy]. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. Request by County Engineer to accept Right-of-Way and/or Exclusive Easement dedications along Woods Rd., from IH-10 southward, necessary to expand the roadway. 5 6 7 Request by County Engineer for approval of advertising for the establishment of a Speed Limit and the installation of Speed Limit signs on the following road: Charter Ln. - Entire Length - 30 mph. 8. Presentation of Distinguished Service Award to the Waller County Historical Commission for 2020 accomplishments.
9. Public Hearing: on the installation of Stop Signs at the following roads: • Pine Ridge Rd. at S. Clear Creek Rd. • Domino Rd. at Blinka Rd. 10. Discuss and take action to approve the installation of Stops Signs at the following roads: • Pine Ridtie Rd. at S. Clear Creek Rd. • Domino Rd. at Blinka Rd. 11. Public Hearing on the installation of Speed Limit signs on the following road: • Pine Ridge Rd. for the entire length (Pet. 2) - 30 mph 12. Discuss and take action to approve the installation of Speed Limit signs on the following road: Pine Ridge Rd. for the entire length (Pet. 2) - 30 mph 13. Discuss and take action to approve multiple variance requests to the Waller County Subdivision and Development Regulations for Woodhaven Estates LLC Development.
14. Discuss and take action to approve Vendor Request Form and Cost Reimbursement Agreement for the US Department of Justice for an Investigator assigned to the FBI Task Force.
15. Discuss and take action to certify the State & Local Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund grant (from the American Rescue Plan) in the amount of $5,365,444.00 and amend the 2021 budget, WC 2021-26.
16. Discuss and take action to amend County policies in relation to COVID-19. 17. Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precincts 1 and 4 would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons.
EXECUTIVE SESSION 18. Deliberate business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precincts 1 and 4 pursuant to Government Code Sections 551.072 and 551.0725. 19. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 20.
