Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer to accept Right-of-Way and/or Exclusive Easement dedications along Woods Rd., from IH-10 southward, necessary to expand the roadway.
6. Discuss and take action to approve Tax Abatement Agreement with Duro Hilex Poly, LLC. Duro Hilex Poly, LLC is the tax abatement applicant and owner of the property located at 35270 Cooper Road, Brookshire, Texas 77423, which has been designated as City of Brookshire Reinvestment Zone 21.01. Duro Hilex will install fixed machinery and production equipment at an estimated cost of $8,300,000.
7. Presentation of Certificate to Commissioner Kendric Jones by Candace Moeller, Extension Agent for completion of 12-hour of Educational Training during the Commissioners Court Leadership Academy Class lX-Session 1.
8. Discuss and take action to approve the advertising for the installation of Speed Limit signs on Pine Ridge Rd. for the entire length (Pet. 2) - 30. Advertising to be posted in a newspaper of general circulation, payment for advertising to be funded from 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing], followed by a public hearing during the regular session of Commissioners' Court on June 23, 2021. 9. Discuss and take action to approve the advertising for the installation of a Stop Sign at the following roads: • Pine Ridge Rd. at S Clear Creek Rd. • Domino Rd. at Blinka Rd. Advertising to be posted in a newspaper of general circulation, payment for advertising to be funded from 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing], followed by a public hearing during the regular session of Commissioners' Court on June 23, 2021. 10. Discuss and take action to approve the Resolution and Waiver Request Letter with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) for the replacement of bridges at Morton Rd at Buffalo Bayou Draw and Douwn Rd at Bonnie Lake (Gladdish Creek) and authorize the County Judge to sign forms. 11. 13. Discuss and take action to modify the 2021 Salary Order for the District Attorney's Office to change "Investigator 1" to "Legal Assistant V" and to reduce the pay rate to $20.78 per hour effective May 30, 2021.
14. Discuss and take action to approve Lease Agreement with Xerox for a Xerox C8155H2 Copier Multifunction Printer at the District Courtroom located in the Waller County Court Annex. Monthly rate of $155.81 for 48 months to be paid from line item 125-413-581813 (Copier/Printer).
15. Discuss and take action to approve the District Court budgetary line item transfer, WC2021-2L 16. Discuss and take action to certify the STEP CMV grant award from TxDot, in the amount of $25,032.00, and amend the 2021 budget, WC 2021-22. 17.
