11. Request by County Engineer to authorize County Judge to sign the Engineering Services Agreement for engineering and surveying services with IDCUS in the amount of $57,729.00 for the re-alignment of a portion of Murrell Road in Precinct 2.
12. Presentation by Marie Jones, Advocate of Fatherhood Program, MET, Inc. on the 24/7 Dad program through the Fatherhood Grant.
13. Discuss and take action to approve a variance request for Woodhaven Interests for Deviation of thoroughfare alignment from 2019 Waller County Thoroughfare Plan for thoroughfares through proposed Woodhaven Estates development. 14. Discuss and take action to approve a variance request to the Waller County Subdivision and Development Regulations regarding access easement right-of-way is 30 ft. instead of 40 ft. and 1200' flag staff length maximum allowed 900' from, CT&J Investments. 15. Discuss and take action to make selection of Engineering Firm for On-Call Engineering Review Services. 16. Discuss and take action to make selection of firm for CDBG-MIT Grant Administrator. 17. Discuss and take action to approve the acceptance of Twinwood Parkway from Woods Rd. to FM 359 into the County Maintained Road Log.

Discuss and take action to approve the Cybersecurity training at no cost to Waller County initiated by the County's IT department utilizing KnowBe4 as a Certified training program listed in Texas Government Code 2054.519 and to implement a requirement that all those required to complete the half-hour online training by June 10, 2021 in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2054.519 & 2054.5191 - State Certified Cybersecurity Training Programs and Training Required.
19. Discuss and take action to approve the addition of four Court Security Deputy positions.
