The proceeds will be expended from budget line 125-515-536700 [Donation/Animal Control]. 10. Discuss and take action to approve payment of $4,125.00 for Invoice # 34767 and $18,682.25 for Invoice # 34768 for a total of $22,807.25 to Texas Communications for services provided during move to the new Justice Center. 11. Discuss and take action to approve the following private tax resale bids by Mr. Robinson Garces-Granja: (a) Lot 7, Block 3, Deerwood East, Section 4, Waller County, Texas, tax account R16989, in the amount of $2,541.32; (b)Lot 6, Block 4, Deerwood East, Section 4, Waller County, Texas, tax account R17015, in the amount of $2,606.65; (c) Lot 10, Block 4, Deerwood East, Section 4, Waller County, Texas, tax account R17019, in the amount of $750.00; (d)Lot 17, Block 4, Deerwood East, Section 4, Waller County, Texas, tax account R17027, in the amount of $900.00; (e) Lot 3, Block 5, Deerwood Lakes, Section 6, Waller County, Texas, tax account R18379, in the amount of $2,644.72; And authorize the County Judge to sign deeds for said properties to Mr. Garces-Granja.
