1. Approval of Agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $1,161.00 for invoice # 3848 to Harris County from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. (b) $6,000.00 for invoice dated December 9, 2020 to Southwest Realty Consultants from line item 125-401-540900 [Prof Consultant Services] 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Court at Law Judge for approval of Fixed Asset Transfers. 6. Request by District Clerk for approval of Fixed Asset Transfers. 7. Request by Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 of the Texas Tax Code.
11. Spread upon the minutes a Certificate of Completion for the required hours of Continuing Education for 2021 as prescribed in Section 81.0025 of the Texas Government Code.
12. Spread upon the minutes Certification of Completion award to Liz Pirkle, Waller County District Clerk for completing the required 20 hours of Continuing Education for 2020 as prescribed by Section 51.605 of the Texas Government Code.
13. Discuss and take action to accept donations in the amount of $1,150.00 and post to revenue budget line 125-000-470200 (Donations/Animal Control). The proceeds will be expended from budget line 125-515-536700 (Donation/Animal Control).
14. Discuss and take action to approve the application of the 2021 State Homeland Security Program for the purchase of hand held radios in the amount of $57,347.28 and assign the County Judge as the Authorized Official.
