MISCELLANEOUS 12. Discuss and take action to approve Agreement with Colorado Valley Transit, Inc. and approve payment of $5,000.00 as allocated in the 2021 Budget. Funds to be paid from line item 125-411-547320 [Colorado Valley Transit]. 13. Discuss and take action to approve the following private tax resale bid: Lots 1 through 10, Block 568, City of Hempstead, Waller County, Texas, tax account R21510, in the amount of $10,000.00 by Mr. Robinson Garces-Granja, and authorize the County Judge to sign a deed for said properties to Mr. Robinson Garces-Granja.
8. Discuss and take action to approve Amendment to Global Tel Link Phone Agreement. 9. Discuss and take action to approve the changes to the 2021 Salary Order as listed below to be effective January 24, 2021. (a) Change Jailer-Paramedic Title to "Jailer-II" (b) Correct pay discrepancy of $0.50 for one Investigator Position.
10. Discuss and take action to authorize County Treasurer to receive additional funds from the Tax Assessor Collector for the purpose of paying salary supplements and increases in benefits to employees of the Tax Assessor Collector's office for 2021.
11. Discuss and take action to approve the Proposal from Power Associates, Inc for the 911 Dispatch Electrical Outlets for the Waller County Justice Center.
14. Discuss and take action to approve the appointment of Kendric D. Jones as a Director to the Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation to fill the unexpired term of Jeron Barnett ending in December 2021 and for a term of two years beginning January 1, 2022. 15. Discuss and take action to amend County policies in relation to COVID-19. 16. Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precinct 4 would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons.
17. Deliberate business and financial issues related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real properties in Precinct 4 pursuant to Government Code Sections 551.072 and 551.0725. 18.
