1. Approval of Agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Payroll. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer to approve the final plat of Kingsland Heights, Section 4 which consist of 27.013 acres which will include 97 Lots, 6 Blocks, and 9 Reserves, in Precinct 4. 6. Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Permit for San Bernard Electric Coop. Inc., to place a power pole in the right-of-way of Joseph Rd. 7. Request by 506th District Judge to approve Fixed Asset Transfers to County Court at Law.
8. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign one resale deed for the private tax resale of properties currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
9. Discuss and take action to approve additional staffing for the Courthouse. 10. Discuss and take action to approve additional copy machines for the new Sheriff's Office and Jail. 11. Discuss and take action to approve Interlocal Agreement between Waller County Sheriff's Office and Texana Center for mental health services for the Waller County Jail. 12. Discuss and take action to approve Amendment for Incode Public Safety Subscription in the amount of $7,543.00 to be funded from line item 125-515-545515 [Equipment Rental/Repairs].

14. Discussion of possible revisions to the Rood Damage Prevention Ordinance in light of ATLAS 14 and past rain events. 15. Discussion of a plan to revise the Subdivision and Development Regulations to adopt ATLAS 14.
16. Discuss and take action to approve Agreement with Texana and approve payment of $35,933.00 as allocated in the 2021 Budget. Funds to be paid from line item 125-411-542254 [Texana Center Behavioral Healthcare]. 17. Discuss and take action to amend County policies in relation to COVID-19.
