If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Payroll. 4. Request by County Treasurer to approve Fixed Asset Transfers. 5. Request by County Engineer for the approval of an Access Easement from Carolyn Gray for the purpose of cleaning an outfall ditch on Buller Road. 6. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $1,720.00 for Invoice dated September 28, 2020 to Schmidt Funeral Home from line item 125-411-561502 [Pauper Burial]. (b) $675.00 for Invoice to Lewis Funeral Home from line item 125-423- 540705 [Transport to Morgue]. (c) $2,887.00 for Invoice # 1926 and $1,476.00 for Invoice # 1933 for a total of $4,363.00 to Harris County from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. 7. Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code. 8. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.

Discuss and take action to approve quarterly reimbursement of Juror Payments.
17. Discuss and take action to approve the following private tax resale bids: a. Lot 4, Block 22, College Addition, Town of Waller, Waller County, Texas, tax account R29163, in the amount of $9,980.00 by RPDC, Inc.; b. Lot 5, Block 41, College Addition, Town of Waller, Waller County, Texas, tax account R29258, in the amount of $9,980.00 by RPDC, Inc.; c. Lot 6, Block 41, College Addition, Town of Waller, Waller County Texas, tax account R29259, in the amount of $9,980.00 by RPDC, Inc.; d. Lot 7, Block 41, College Addition, Town of Waller, Waller County, Texas, tax account R29260, in the amount of $9,980.00 by RPDC, Inc.; e.
