Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 4. Request by County Engineer for the approval of the Final Plat of Uplands Water Supply, Plant No. 1 Phase 1.
5. Discuss and take action to approve payment of $521,693.75 for Application #9 to Collier Construction, LLC from line item 125-600-581610 [Precinct 4 Building].
6. Public Hearing: on the establishment ol" speed limit and the installation of speed limit signs on the following road: • Zadelsky Road - Entire Length - 35 mph. 7. Discuss and take action to approve the establishment of the speed limit and the installation of speed limit signs on the following road: • Zadelsky Road - Entire Length - 35 mph. 8. Discuss and take action to approve the advertising for the installation of "No Thru Trucks" signs on the following road: • Wade Road - No Thru Trucks Advertising to posted in a newspaper of general circulation, payment for advertising to be funded from Line Item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing], followed by a public hearing during the regular session of Commissioners' Court on August 12, 2020. 9. Discuss and take action to select consultant for professional services as related to the Texas Flood Infrastructure Fund program (FIF). 10. Discuss and take action to purchase the following equipment and the approval to trade in equipment and remove it from inventory. One (1) Bomag RS460 Reclaimer/Stabilizer in the amount of $235,000.00 from R.B. Everett & Company through BUYBOARD. One (1) Kubota M6S-111SDSC2 Boom Mower in the amount of $135,134.76, less trade ins, from Lansdownc-Moody Company through HGACBuy. One (1) 50 Ton Air Ride Haul Trailer in the amount of $49,596.10 from Kaufman Trailers of SC, Inc. One (1) International HV6067, 6 x 4 with Curry Water Tank in the amount of $ 119,900.00 from Santex Truck Centers through HGACBuy. One (1) Dynapac CP2700 Pneumatic Roller in the amount of $100,000.00, which includes trade ins, from Doggett Heavy Machinery through BUYBOARD.
11. Discuss and take action to amend County policies in relation to COVID-19.
12. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 13. Reconvene in Open Session to take any action necessary on matters discussed in Executive Session. ADJOURN MEETING
