8. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign four resale deeds for the private tax resale of properties currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Property Tax Code.
9. Open Proposals for the Request For Proposals (RFP) for professional services as related to the Texas Flood Infrastructure Fund Program (FIF). 10. Discuss and take action to approve advertising for the establishment of speed limit and the installation of speed limit signs on the following road: • Zadelsky Road - Entire Length - 35 mph. Advertising to be posted in the newspaper of general circulation, and to be funded from line item 125-401-544100 [ Bid Notices and Printing], followed by a public hearing during the regular session of Commissioners' Court on July 8, 2020. 11. Discuss and take action to accept the proposal for Administrative Services for the County Transportation Infrastructure Funds program. 12. Discussion regarding Road and Bridge equipment needs as related to the 2020 and 2021 budgets.
