The allotment is valued at $30,646.00 and will be available for pick up by Waller County Trucks at TxDOT maintenance yard located at 400 FM 1488, Hempstead, Texas. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
6. Discuss and take action to approve The Proclamation Declaring May 10th through May 16th, 2020 as National Police Week and May 15th, 2020 as National Peace Officers Memorial Day in Waller County.
7. Presentation by Katina Harris on the status of the Child Welfare Board.
8. Presentation by Vince Yokom on Waller County Economic Development.
9. Award Bids for Traffic and Guard Rail Improvements at various locations in Waller County. 10. Discuss and take action to advertise a Request for Qualifications for Texas- Registered Engineers to provide professional services as related to the Texas Flood Infrastructure Fund program. Advertising to be posted in the newspaper of general circulation and payment for advertising to be funded from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing].
11. Discuss and take action to approve the appointment of Sid Rajmohan as the Representative to the HGAC Regional Air Quality Planning Advisory Committee. Term will be for two years beginning July 2020-June 2022.
12. Discuss and take action to increase the part time rate of pay for Communications from $12.00/hr. to $15.00/hr. Changes to be effective beginning May 17, 2020. 13. Discuss and take action to authorize the Sheriff's Office to create a separate SMARSH account and add a separate server to transfer Sheriffs phones and others used by Sheriff's deputies in advancement of the recently-awarded Bureau of Justice Assistance Gulf Coast Regional Law Enforcement Technology Initiative Grant.

Discuss and take action to modify Smarsh agreement in the amount of $5,929.30 allowing the County Judge to sign after removing Sheriff's Office Cell phones from County account; adding Email archiving with Smarsh and Social Media Archiving and terminate Archive Social Archival agreement after archiving is completed with Smarsh. 15. Discuss and take action to approve adding monthly Mobile device management to Xpernet's regular invoice required for archiving to Smarsh as well as approve Invoice # 20054547 for $1,530.00.
