Approval of Agenda
CONSENT AGENDA Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Payroll. 4. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $90.00 to Harris County Treasurer from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. (b) $400.00 to Post Oak RC & D for 2020 Annual Sponsorship from line item 125-411-562300 [County Organizational Dues]. (c) $150.00 to CIRA for SSL Installation from line item 125-411-545001 [Maintenance Contracts]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
6. Discuss and take action to accept Water System Design Proposal for the Precinct 4 Annex project.
7. Discuss and take action to approve the Economic Development Partnership Contract for 2020.
8. Spread upon the minutes the continuing education certificates of completion for Ellen Shelburne, Tara Schovajsa, and Elizabeth Matthews in compliance with Section 6.231 of the Texas Tax Code. 9. Discuss and take action to authorize County Treasurer to receive additional funds from the Tax Assessor Collector for the purpose of paying salary supplements and increases in benefits to employees of the Tax Assessor Collector's office for 2020.
10. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Treasurer to receive discretionary funds from the District Attorney for the purpose of paying salary supplements for 2020 to employees of the D.A.'s Office.
11. Discuss and take action to approve the line item transfers from the Road and Bridge Department to Environmental.
12. Discuss and take action to approve updates to the Waller County Personnel Policy.
13. Discuss and take action to approve request by Pastor Ruben Caro with Waller SDA Church to rent the Community Center on a continued basis during the evenings for March 4th, 11th, 12th, 18th, and 19th.
14. Deliberate duties and related matters of certain employees in the Road and Bridge and Environmental Departments pursuant to Government Code Section 551.074. 15. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 16.
