1. Approval of Agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $2,380.46 to Waller County Tax Office from line item 125-411-540400 [Taxes/Recycle Center]. (b)$ 1,095.00 to Magnolia Funeral Home, Inc. from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Easement for Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company to replace a pipeline within the right-of-way of Pitts Road.
6. Presentation by Katina Harris on the status of the Child Welfare Board.
7. Discuss and take action to approve the installation of 51 GPS units for the Road and Bridge Fleet for a total of $715.33 and the activation of 14 units at this time. Monthly fee per unit of $18.75 to be funded from line item 110- 530-537506 [Shop].
8. Discuss and take action to approve the following line item transfer from within the Environmental Department Budget: • $ 1,000.00 from 125-443-544900 [Service Contracts/Repairs Leases] to 125-443-530200 [Supplies and Stationary].
9. Discuss and take action to approve Resolution Declaring Waller County to be a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.
10. Spread upon the minutes the Certification of Funds for donations to Waller County Constable Precinct 2. 11. Discuss and take action to approve to amend the 2019 Budget to accommodate the donations to Waller County Constable Precinct 2. 12.
