Approval of Agenda
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Payroll. 4. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $6,987.37 for invoice # 0819WCA1801 and $89.32 for invoice E0819WCA1801, for a total of $7,076.69 to Turner Duran Architects from line item 125-600-581610 [Precinct 4 Building]. (b) $210.00 for invoice # 40460 to HTS, Inc. from line item 601-601-545405 [Professional Services Jail]. (c) $3,090.00 for invoice #113307 to Alpha Testing, Inc. from line item 125-600-581610 [Precinct 4 Building]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
6. Presentation by Vince Yokom on Waller County Economic Development. 7. Public Hearing: Designating the following property as a reinvestment zone under Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. Interested persons may speak or present evidence for or against the designation. FM 1489 @ Cooper Rd., Brookshire, Texas 77423. 8. Discuss and take action to approve the Reinvestment Zone and authorize the County Judge to sign Order Designating Reinvestment Zone Waller County Project Eagle Reinvestment Zone 6.
9. Discuss and take action to declare two barricades as surplus property and approve the donation to the Waller County Fair Association for use at the Waller County Fair.
10. Discuss and take action to authorize the Waller County Auditor to conduct the annual Chapter 59 Audit of the Waller County District Attorney's Seized/Forfeiture Funds.
11. Discuss and take action on Burn Ban.
12. Spread upon the minutes the Certification of Funds for donations to the Waller County Library. 13. Discuss and take action to amend the 2019 Budget to accommodate the donations to the Waller County Library. ADJOURN MEETING
