Approval of Agenda
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. (b) $355,773.33 for Invoice #22 to Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects from line item 601-601-545405 [Professional Services Jail]. (c) $61,811.23 for Invoice # 23 to Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects from line item 601-601-545405[Professional Services Jail]. (d)$873.00 for Invoice # 110371 to Alpha Testing, Inc. from line item 601- 601-545405 [Professional Services Jail]. (e) $1,742.00 for invoice to Schmidt Funeral Home from line item 125-411- 561502 [Pauper Burial Expense]. (f) $2,977.00 for invoice # AH019592 to Harris County Treasurer from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Discuss and take action to approve Resolution Authorizing the submission of a Community Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) application to the Texas General Land Office and authorizing the County Judge to act as the County Executive Officer. 12. Discuss and take action to publish notice for a public hearing to establish a reinvestment zone for Waller County JP Steel Reinvestment Zone 4. 13. Discuss and take action to ratify Tax Abatement Agreement with PI50. 14. Spread upon the minutes the assignment of Tax Abatement Agreement with PI50 LLC to Ross Stores.
