Approval of Agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $1,700.00 for invoice to Singleton & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. (b) $325.00 for invoice to Lewis Funeral Home and Chapel from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer for the approval of an Access Easement from Orval Rhoads for cleaning outfall ditch on Garrett Road.
6. Presentation by Harvey Laas with Fort Bend Family Health Center, Inc d/b/a Access Health on Services provided to Waller County.
7. Discuss and take action to approve a variance request to the Subdivision Development Regulations, Engineering Design Standards, by Mr. and Mrs. Delapaz. 8. Discuss and take action to approve the Preliminary Infrastructure Development Plan of Padron Mobile Home Park. 9. Discuss and take action to open a 30 day public comment period on the proposed revisions to the Waller County Subdivision and Development Regulations. The 30 day comment period will end July 26, 2019.
10. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign three resale deeds for the private tax resale of six properties currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
11. Discuss and take action to accept the following donations: $1,168.00 from Damon Allen Memorial $500.00 from Waller County Paint & Body LLC $1,000.00 from Abracadabra Septic Pumping LP For a total of $2,668.00 to be deposited into line item 125-000-470200 [Donations/Animal Control].
15. Discuss and take action to approve transfer of $10,000.00 from 125-507-565000 [Short Term Detention] to 125-506-545300 [Training] to pay for training for four (4) employees.
