Approval of Agenda
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $15,000.00 to the Waller County Historical Society from line item 125-538-568400 [Miscellaneous] as allocated in the 2019 Budget. (b) $20,000.00 to the Waller County Historical Museum from line item 125-539-547326 [Museum] as allocated in the 2019 Budget. 4. Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
6. Presentation by Katina Harris on the status of the Child Welfare Board.

7. Discuss and take action to increase the JP 2 office Part-Time hourly rate to $17.00 and amend the 2019 Salary Order effective June 1, 2019.
8. Discuss and take action to approve the submission of the Unclaimed Property Capital Credits for Counties form to the Texas Comptroller. 9. Award Request for Proposals for all hazards preparedness, planning, consulting, and recovery services. Project Number 19-01. 10. Award Request for Proposals for debris removal services. Project Number 19-02 11. Public hearing: Ordinance No. 2019-001, An Ordinance Prohibiting Solid Waste Processing or Disposal in Waller County, and Providing Civil and Criminal Penalties, and Repealing Waller County Ordinance No. 2911-001. Interested persons and citizens of Waller County may testify or present evidence for or against the ordinance. 12. Discuss and take action to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-001, An Ordinance Prohibiting Solid Waste Processing or Disposal in Waller County, and Providing Civil and Criminal Penalties, and Repealing Waller County Ordinance No. 2011-001. 13. Discuss and take action to adopt amended Resolution for 911 Rural Addressing Standards. 14. Spread upon the minutes the Tax Abatement Agreement between Waller County and PI50, LLC. 15. Discuss and take action to approve contract to sell the Waller County School Lands and the Assignment and Assumption of Grazing and Hunting Lease. 16. Discuss and take action to approve interlocal agreement with the City of Hempstead for paving streets around the Waller County Courthouse.
