Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $80.00 for invoice #19547405 [Courthouse, Hold-Up Alarm], and $995.00 for invoice # 19112405 [Courthouse Camera Surveillance], for a total of $1,075.00 payable to TAC Security from line item 117-428-568425 [Courthouse Security/Misc. Security]. (b)$1.123.80 for invoice # NRDD-0004734 to Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool from line item 125-411-560300 [Ins Equip/Build/Pub Liab]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Treasurer's Monthly Report. 6. Spread upon the minutes the new office hours for the public for both the Waller County District Clerk and Waller County Clerk will be Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. both offices will remain open through lunch.
7. Discuss and take action to approve The Proclamation Declaring May 12th through May 18th, 2019 as National Police Week and May 15th, 2019 as National Peace Officers Memorial Day in Waller County.

10. Spread upon the minutes the hiring of James Williams in the position of Juvenile Probation Officer #2. Salary of this position paid from the Texas Juvenile Probation Department Grant.
11. Discuss and take action to approve the Agreement between Fort Bend Senior Citizens, Inc. and Waller County and the payment of $40,000.00 from line item 125-411-547315 [Ft. Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels] as allocated in the 2019 Budget. 12. Discuss and take action to approve the designation of an agent for voting at the Annual Membership Meeting of the San Bernard Electric Cooperative, Inc. on May 18, 2019. 13.
