Approval of Agenda
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $21,250.00 to Waller County Economic Development from line item 125-411-547200 [Economic Development] for quarterly payment as allocated in the 2019 budget. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 5. Request by County Engineer to approve final plat of Vista Hills Subdivision off Joseph Road. 6. Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Permit for the City of Brookshire to upgrade an existing (8") waterline within the right-of-way of Hovas Lane.
7. Discuss and take action to approve Proclamation recognizing May as National Stop the Bleed Month.
8. Discuss and take action to approve Resolution in support of HB 511, revising Transportation Code, Section 644.101, before the 86th Texas Legislative Session.
9. Discuss and take action to approve advertising for the sale of scrap metal. Advertising to be posted in the following newspaper of general circulation: The Brookshire Times Tribune. Payment to be funded from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing]. 10. Open Bids for: City of Hempstead Street paving around the Waller County Courthouse. 11. Discuss and take action to approve proposal from EHRA for McAllister Road Bridge to provide a 30% plan submittal for bidding purposes, including 60%, 90% and final plan review services. 12. Discuss and take action to approve the quote from Cater Construction for the installation of slope paving at the intersection of FM 1488 and Hegar Rd. Payment to be made from line item 110-530-587505 [Road Materials].
13. Discuss and take action to approve the donations in the amount of $50.00 to be from Mrs. Frank Kluna Jr. and $50.00 to Texas Aniline Dye Co. Inc. 14. Discuss and take action to transfer donations in the amount of $645.00 to be deposited to line item 125-537-536601 [Book& Mem/Hempstead]. 15. Discuss and take action to transfer $2,500.00 from the Texas Book Festival Grant to line item 125-537-536601 [Grants].

Discuss and take action to approve request by Ruben Caro with the Waller Seventh-day Adventist Church to use the Community Center on a continued basis during the evenings on September 19th, 24th, 26th and Oct 1st and 3rd. 17.
