One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of Payroll. 4. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $3,022.00 for invoice #AH018994 $2,887.00 for invoice #AH019107 $2,887.00 for invoice #AH019144 For a total of $ 8,796.00 to Harris County Treasurer from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. (b) $395.00 for invoice # 2019-399 to ARCIT from line item 125-411-562300 [County Organizational Dues]. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Request to approve Order Authorizing San Jacinto Day Fireworks Sales. 7. Request by County Engineer to approve the final Re Plat of Pederson Road Business Park.

Discuss and take action to amend the 2019 Salary Order for the Road and Bridge Department to reflect the following changes, to be effective April 1, 2019: • Culvert Inspector - from $ 17.51 per hour to $20.85 per hour. • Truck Driver - from $20.35 per hour to $17.01 per hour. 9. Discuss and take action to approve Security Agreement for Emissions Reductions Incentive Grant with HGAC. 10. Discuss and take action to approve lease agreement with Neopost USA Inc., for One (1) IN-600 AF Mailing System with e-certify software. The total lease payment will be $210.27 per month for 60 months. The Road and Bridge Department and the Environmental Department will each share 50% of the monthly payment.
11. Discuss and take action to approve request from San Bernard Electric Co-op for right-of-way easement for the Waller County Criminal Justice Center.
12. Discuss and take action to advertise for Competitive Bids for "City of Hempstead Street Paving around the Waller County Courthouse". Advertising to be posted in the following paper of general circulation: Brookshire Times Tribune. Payment for advertising to be funded from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing]. 13. Discuss and take action to approve Agreement between Waller County and Navasota Soil and Water Conservation District No. 440 and payment of $2,500.00 as allocated in the 2019 Budget. Funds to be paid from line item 125-411-547330 [Soil & Water Conservation]. 14. Discuss and take action to approve publication of Notice of Intent to Sell the Waller County School Lands twice in both the Times Tribune and the Brownwood Bulletin. Funding to be paid from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing]. 15. Discuss and take action to deliberate business and financial issues in executive session based on determination and recommendation from the District Attorney's Office that deliberation in an open meeting regarding business and financial issues related to the value of real property in Precinct 2 would have a detrimental effect on the position of the County in negotiations with third persons.
