Discuss and take action to approve the agreement between Waller County and Melanee Smith Memorial Library and payment of $5,000.00 as allocated in the 2019 Budget from line item 125-411-547340 [Melanee Smith Library]. 9. Discuss and take action to approve the publication of Ordinance No. 2019-001 concerning landfills and notice of public hearing in the Times Tribune for two consecutive weeks. 11. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 12. Reconvene in Open Session to take any action necessary on matters discussed in Executive Session.
