Approval of Agenda
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. 7. Presentation by Katina Harris on the status of the Child Welfare Board. 8. Discuss and take action to approve Agreement between Waller County and Waller County Child Welfare Board and payment of $15,000.00 from line item 125-411-547220 [Waller Co. Child Welfare Board] as allocated in the 2019 Budget.
9. Discussion of CDBG project and contract.

10. Discuss and take action to approve to transfer $40,524.79 from line item 125-419-510027 [Staff Salary] to line item 125-419-510101 [Part-Time].
11. Discuss and take action to approve the application and submission of the 2019 State Homeland Security Grant Program for the purchase of handheld radios in the amount of $15,220.68 and authorize the County Judge to sign as the Authorized Official. 12. Discuss and take action to approve the application and submission of the 2019 Justice Assistance Grant for the purchase of police patrol vehicles in the amount of $81,817.20 and authorize the County Judge to sign as the Authorized Official.
13. Spread upon the minutes the Waller County Constable Precinct 4 2018 Racial Profiling Report as presented to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
