Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code. 4. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $4,361.00 for Invoice dated July 16, 2018 to Goodwin Lasiter Strong from line item 600-600-587521 [Library] (b) $22,411.21 for Invoice # 0618WCA1801 to Turner Duran Architects from line item 125-600-581610 [Precinct 4 Building] (c) $257,526.33 for Invoice # 12 to Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects from line item 601-601-545405 [Professional Services] 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable. 6. Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Permit with Consolidated Communications to install a new fiber optic line on Clay Road. 7. Request by County Engineer to approve an Access Easement from C. Stephen Foster for drainage on Harpers Church Road. 8. Request by County Engineer to approve an Access Easement from A.A.; Hodde for a drainage on Legacy Lane. 9. Request by County Engineer to approve the final plat of Kingsland Boulevard and Igloo Road Street Dedication, Amending Plat No. 1. 10. Request by County Engineer to approve the final plat of Kingsland Heights, Section 1. 11. Request by County Engineer to approve the final plat of Freeman Ranch, Section 2.
Discuss and take action to approve the application for the replat of Lot 2, Block 2, Terra Verde, Section 1; and Lot 1, Block 2, Houston Oaks, Section 2, by Edward R. Grady, Jr. and Jedd Lester, Jr., and wife Teresa Diana Lester, and authorize the Road and Bridge Department to issue a public notice in the Brookshire Times Tribune for three consecutive weeks, establishing a public hearing at a regular session of Commissioners Court on September 12, 2018.
Discuss and take action to approve contract between Texas Department of State Health Services and Waller County for access to the State Vital Electronic Registration System for the purpose of issuing individual birth certificates for the period of September 1, 2018 thru August 31, 2023.
14. Discuss and take action to approve the agreement between Fort Bend Senior Citizens Meals on Wheels & Much Much More Inc. and Waller County. 15. Discuss and take action to approve payment of $40,000.00 for Invoice # 3705 to Ford Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels. Funds to be paid from line item 125-411-547315 [Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels] as allocated in the 2018 Budget. 16. Discuss and take action to rescind Burn Ban. 17. Discuss and take action to approve the 2019 Holiday Schedule.
