Approval of Agenda.
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request by County Treasurer for approval of payroll. 4. Request by County Tax Assessor Collector to approve refunds in excess of $500.00 in accordance with section 31.11 Texas Tax Code. 5. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $7,500.00 for Invoice # 05297 to Brazos Valley Council of Governments from line item 125-525-546900 [BVCOG]. (b) $3,067.00 for Invoice # AH 017464, $2,932.00 for Invoice # AH017465, and $45.00 for Invoice # AH017466 for a total of $6,044.00 to Harris County Treasurer from line item 125-423-540702 [Autopsy]. 6. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Account Payable.
7. Discuss and take action to draw three (3) public members and three (3) alternate members to serve on the 2018 Salary Grievance Committee.
8. Discuss and take action to approve stale dated checks.
9. Discuss and take action to approve contract with Collier Construction, LLC for Construction Manager at Risk services for the Precinct 4 Annex Building.
10. Discuss and take action to approve the nomination of Taylor Scherer to the Gulf Coast Local Workforce Development Board by Waller County/Waller County EDP. 11. Discuss and take action to rescind Burn Ban. ADJOURN MEETING
