Approval of Agenda.
Items identified within the consent agenda are of a routine nature, and will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately. If a member of the court or public requests that a particular item be discussed, that agenda item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. 2. Approval of the minutes. 3. Request to approve payment on the following: (a) $2,250.00 for invoice dated April 26, 2018 to Singleton & Son Funeral Home, Inc. from line item 125-423-540705 [Transport to Morgue]. 4. Request by County Auditor for approval of official documents and all monthly reports. 5. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.
9. Discuss and take action to approve and publish Request for Qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Precinct 4 Annex project. Advertising to be posted in the Waller County News Citizen with payment from line item 125-401-544100 [Bid Notices and Printing].
6. Presentation by Katina Harris on the status and monthly report of the Child Welfare Board.
7. Public Hearing: Installation of "No Thru Trucks" signs on Cardiff Road 8. Discuss and take action to approve the installation of "No Thru Trucks" signs on Cardiff Road.
12. Spread upon the minutes Certification of Funds for the Constable, Precinct 1, LEOSE Funds in the amount of $678.00. 13. Discuss and take action to amend the 2018 Budget to accommodate Constable Precinct 1, LEOSE Funds.
14. Consultation with District Attorney and outside counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. 15. Deliberation concerning complaint against County Librarian pursuant to Government Code Section 551.074 16. Reconvene in Open Session to take any action necessary on matters discussed in Executive Session.

Discuss and take action to approve the request by James Larry for Waller County Farmers' and Ranchers' Cooperative to use the Community Center on a continued basis and provide public space for community garden. 11. Discuss and take action to approve the request by the Waller County Historical Museum for a one time additional payment of $6,000.00 to cover the cost of storing the museum contents for one year while repairs are being done to the museum.
