16. Discuss and take action to approve Waller County entering into a Co-op Agreement with National IPA to receive discounts on purchase of HON office furniture.
18. Discuss and take action to approve the Agreements between Waller County and New Wave Business for Internet Services for the following Departments: Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 and Agrilife building at $270.00 monthly plus installation charge of $199.99, Maintenance building at $190.00 monthly plus installation charge of $199.99 and, District Attorney building at $368.47 monthly. Funds to be paid from line item 125-411-542501 [Telephone/Equip. & Svc.].
17. Discuss and take action to approve Property, Law Enforcement Liability, and Public Officials Liability policies and payment of processing invoices for coverage with Texas Association of Counties effective 07/01/2018.
19. Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign one resale deed for the private tax resale of one property currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
20. Discuss and take action to accept proposal for $4,361.00 from Goodwin-Lasiter-Strong for Topographic Survey of Hempstead Library as required for completion of construction drawing and city permitting.
21. Discuss and take action to approve and execute an Advance Funding Agreement for Bridge Replacement with TxDot for bridge project CSJ # 0912-56-056 on Wilpitz Road at Bessie Creek. 22. Discuss and take action to rescind the previous Commissioners' Court action on January 3, 2018 in reference to awarding bids for the Road and Bridge Department concerning all items except for All Season Pre-Coated Patching Mixture and Crushed Limestone and award bids for all other items based on the recommendations by the County Engineer. 23. Discuss and take action to approve advertising for a public hearing on May 23, 2018 on the installation of signs that prohibit or restrict the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles along Old Houston Highway.
