Request by County Engineer to approve a Utility Easement with San Bernard to add two (2) poles within the right-of-way of Oak Ridge Road. 6. Request by County Auditor for approval and/or ratification of Accounts Payable.

7. Status of the Waller County Historical Museum by Danny Rothe, Construction Manager.
8. Discuss and take action to approve the purchase and installation of new microphone upgrade from Troxell for the Commissioners Courtroom.
10. Discuss and take action to approve a variance request to the Subdivision and Development Regulations, regarding minimum lot size per dwelling from Chris and Melissa Phillips. 11. Discuss and take action to approve the acceptance of roads in Kickapoo Preserve, Section 1 into Waller County Maintained Road Log and release the Security Bond. 12. Discuss and take action to approve the Amending of Plat No. 1, for Houston Oaks, Section 3. 13. Spread upon the minutes the withdrawal of SC Fuels on the Unleaded portion of the Gasoline and Diesel Fuels bid and designate Three L Inc. as the primary vendor.
14. Discuss and take action to approve the application for the FY2018 Emergency Management Performance Grant and authorize the County Judge to sign as the authorized official.
