Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign one tax resale deed for the private tax resale of one property currently held in trust by Waller County pursuant to Section 34.05(h)(2) of the Texas Tax Code.
13. Spread upon the minutes the 2017 Racial Profile Report for the Fire Marshal's office.
14. Discuss and take action to approve a sixty (60) month lease and maintenance and supply contract for a Xerox C8045H Color Multifunction Printer with Kyle Office Products. Estimated cost of $1,898.82. Funds to be taken from line item 125-540-581813 [Copier/Printer].
15. Discuss and take action to create a part-time position in the District Attorney's Office for 'Pretrial Diversion Supervisor' at the rate of $20.00 per hour effective 2/12/2018 to be funded from line item 125-416-510101 [Part Time].

17. Discuss and take action to approve the private tax resale offer from Mr. Walter A.
